Hi! I'm Shelley

It's your turn to have a home you love. For 30 years, I've helped people turn their houses into homes, and I'm just getting started. Expressions by Shelley is a carefully curated home décor and gift shop based in Alcester, South Dakota, offering everything from hand-poured candles and handcrafted pottery to mirrors, vases, decorative stems, and unique gifts you won't find anywhere else.

Every piece in my shop is chosen with intention, because I believe your home should reflect who you are, not just fill a room. Whether your style is farmhouse, modern, eclectic, or a beautiful mix of all three, you'll find something here that feels like it was made for you.

Shop online anytime, visit our Alcester showroom, or reach out for an in-home design consultation. I'd love to help you find exactly what you're looking for, or source something special just for you.

The Home Collection.

Great décor doesn't just fill a room — it tells a story. At Expressions by Shelley, our home decor collection is hand-selected with 30 years of interior design experience behind every choice. From mirrors and vases to textiles and accent pieces, you'll find items that work across styles — farmhouse, modern, eclectic, and everything in between. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, reach out — we're happy to help you source the perfect piece.
